Mother's Day used to be just another ordinary day for me. Of course, the extravagant set menu with equally extravagant prices only makes it worse. Another commercial gimmick, just like Valentine's day.
2010 was the first time I became the celebrity on Mother's Day, thanks to the little brat I have. It dawned to me that I am now officially a mother. Kinda makes me realise how much mothers go through for their children and yet not to expect anything much in return (well, I hope she gets me a Ferrari when she grows up *fingers and toes crossed*). How selfless mothers are and all the endless sacrifices that a mother will make for her children.
Now I know coz I am one of them.
Thank you little brat for showing me how selfless I can be.
